(More customer reviews)I rated this a 4 because it is really a great convenience when you play multi-deck card games. Everyone in our card group loves it. Another benefit is it prolongs the life of the cards (this machine can't tear up cards). Consider that when you buy a game like Five Crowns where you can't just buy a new deck of cards very easily or cheaply.

But the reason it lost a point in my rating is this: these things will not work for the max. number of decks listed. They are the right size for the decks, but the compartment that catches the cards fills up and when it gets too high, the cards start to jam up. The solution is to buy the 4-deck shuffler if you need a 2-deck shuffler, and a 6-deck if you need a 4. With the extra room in the catch-compartment, it works like a charm. Be aware it is noisy though.

Anyway, just buy the next larger size and you'll love it!
